Ok, the header photo is from the Station to Station tour but it's such an iconic photo I just love it.

Serious Moonlight Tour Book: This book is an interesting historical piece in the career of Bowie. Seen now as a comeback, a re-birth, or whatever, the simple fact is after this tour and the Let's Dance album, we would not think of Bowie in the same light again.

The book is an exquisite documentation of the tour that propelled Bowie into the public consciousness as, Bowie would later say, a Phil Collins would have been held at that time. Capturing some of the middle-ground and all that.

It was a pivotal moment in his career and life and for any with at least a cursory knowledge of his career would know that. But there were reasons why he went mainstream and this documents the success of that decision.
