1932 Crime comedy
|
Little-seen and largely forgotten, this is an Alfred Hitchcock film of minor entertainment value but superb technical expertise. It's especially notable for a climactic chase sequence involving a train. Trains, of course, became one of the director's favourite locations, used most memorably during his early British period in The 39 Steps (1935) and The Lady Vanishes (1938).
