The staples have been removed so the pages are now loose. Furthermore, the cover is very badly damaged (see scans). However, the flip side is that the Jansen and Aceto signed pages can be taken out and framed as could other parts of the book which are a mine of information and beautifully designed (again, see scans). The programme was part of what I call the golden period in the design of Sylvian's releases. Probaly the most beautiful items ever to come onto the music market make up those items. You saw the Trophies book, all the merchandise from the In Praise of Shamans world tour and, of course, the mythical Weatherbox. All the above have Russell Mills's hands all over them. Gone to Earth done a couple of years earlier was his cover and I just think design in music releases has never quite scaled the heights of this period and these items. Don't get me wrong: the designs and artists Sylvian has used since this period have sometimes been breathtaking and have never disappointed but I just don't think anything has scaled the heights. I suppose Sylvian wanted to explore 'other possibilities' and not get tied to what I would call Russell Mills's exquisite soft abstraction but I just don't think there has been anyone out there who has so successully re-intrepreted his work with the pen, the pencil and the brush.
