This is quite hard to locate these days for a half decent price, The most reasonable price I got is on ebay.co.uk through a seller from Oslo, Norway. They always seem to have rare Norwegian a-ha related items, in particularly the Savoy releases. They are called geirallan and are excellent. If they weren't selling these items then you wouldn't be able to find at least half of the more obscure items and/or the Norwegian items. If they don't have this CD listed then you should ask them and invariably they will find a copy.
