Rare 3-inch compact disc released in 1988. The CD comes in a miniature gatefold card picture sleeve, designed to resemble the "Polaroids" album cover.
This format was part of Virgin's effort to promote the 3-inch CD single, which was designed to be more portable and unique compared to the standard 5-inch CDs. The cover boldly states "Three 12" versions," emphasizing the extended versions of the tracks included on the disc.
