This is one of Russell Mills's most celebrated of illustrations. Entitled Echo it was used for the cover of the book: A Samuel Beckett Reader, published in the UK in 1983 by Picador, London. It was one of a series of 5 covers Mills created for Samuel Beckett books. More details here
