All the tracks were digitally remastered in 1999 and 2001. Stand-out tracks for me apart from Helden are V-2 Schneider (for Kraftwerk's Florian Schneider), TVC 15.

I would venture that Bowie's Berlin Years are the most important years musically in the last 40 years. With the help of Brian Eno and Robert Fripp , Bowie achieved soundscapes that resonate in music up to this day via U2's Achtung Baby of the early 1990s. West Berlin penetrated the artistic thought patterns of Bowie like no other place. When he lived there he lived in the poor Turkish quarter (if I remember correctly) and the West Berlinesque darkness of that era (a city cut in two by the Wall) is captured on this album.
Low, Lodger and Heroes are albums to hear before you die.
This album contains the highlights. What an introduction to Bowie's guide to West Berlin.
