New page with George Mallory book & magazine images just scanned. They are so new that I haven't created a review page for them yet but thought I'd share with you! Once the revelant page is completed they will disappear from here.

The idea is to scan every George Mallory book. I have started off with the French ones but it is only a start so any help would be gratefully appreciated. If you have any scans why not e-mail me (ihuppert5@aol.com) me them here and I'll put them up. Or, if you prefer, you can send me your unwanted books and magazines and I can scan them. By the late 1990s, George Mallory had become a ghostly figure, as ethereal a presence as the mists that envelop Mt. Everest. it was only after the discovery of his body in 1999, some 75 years after the fabled expedition, that a spate of books appeared and thereafter his fame has reached a larger audience. Did he, didn't he? A question we will probaly never know the answer to. I for one believe that he did.
