Parlophone released the first 3 albums here on CD without explanation as to why Spirit of Eden was omitted. Maybe contractual restrictions, I don't know. The last studio album, Laughing Stock is obviously , not here as by then the record label and band had, messily, parted ways.

That's not too mention the various 'Best Of's, remixes and revisited that have come and gone over the years, most against the band's wishes.

Part of the problem with Talk Talk's legacy is that it's all too brief. Five studio albums really.

The cardboard covers within this boxset are pretty neat.
