I have to confess I'm absolutely obsessed with this film to the point that I need to know which parts of the sewer scenes were actaully in Vienna and which were in the studio; where the landmarks are in Vienna and how they look today; and how big is the film actually in Austria. Ok, I admit it's a bit like trainspotting but this film has the power to make trainspotters of us all. The obsucure camera angles, the landmarks, the shadows, the music, the storyline, the acting ... all come together as one beautiful whole.

You won't be surprised to know but the company with the most varied of 3rd Man repro. film posters is ebay and the various sellers using it there as a marketplace. Both repro. & vintage.

They come in various sizes. You get an unusual and beautiful item to hang on your walls and I bet your friends won't have it.

Here, occasionally, you will find an original poster from the time of the release of the movie. They are obviously far more expensive but if you have the money they are worth it as they are works of art in their own right.
